Attention CAD RETEC® Exhibitors

Registration for a CAD RETEC® 2026 Tabletop includes an opportunity to represent your company during the New Technology Forum. The New Technology Forum is a series of brief commercial presentations to the RETEC audience. Please review the mission statement, guidelines, and important dates below.

The purpose of the New Technology Forum is to provide an opportunity for people involved in the coloring of plastics to hear about the newest materials and services available.  The Forum is a series of 5-minute presentations by the companies that are bringing technology to market.  These presentations are not subject to the rules that apply to presentations during the technical paper sessions and will not be included in conference published documents.

Note: for 2026, the NTF will be Monday Morning prior to the opening of the Exhibit Space

The guidelines for the New Technology Forum are as follows:

  • The presenting company must be a tabletop exhibitor.
  • There will be a target of 10 time slots for NTF presentations.
  • The participating companies and the order of the presentations will be determined by random drawing during the week of August 17th, 2026.
  • Presentations are limited to 5 minutes with no questions.
  • The time limit will be strictly enforced.
  • Participants must comply with all anti-trust regulations.
  • No pricing information is to be discussed.

Selection for the NTF will be as follows based on sponsorship and total tabletop exhibit space:

  • Platinum Sponsorship:
    • Automatic admittance into the NTF if desire to participate
  • Gold Sponsorship:
    • 2 Additional points used for selection process
  • Silver Sponsorship:
    • 1 Additional point used for selection process
  • Exhibitor Space
    • 1 point used for selection process for each space commitment

If your company does not wish to participate in this year’s NTF, please let us know ASAP to have your company removed from the selection list.

Selection for the NTF will begin on August 17th and, if selected, your presentations must be submitted no later than September 11th, 2026.

NTF Important Dates

  • The advanced registration deadline for Tabletop is August 14, 2026
  • Notify the NTF Committee ASAP if you do not wish to participate
  • New Technology Forum (NTF) inclusion and order drawing (as needed) will be held the week of August 17, 2026.
  • Identify the presenter by September 5, 2026.
  • Deadline to provide presentation is September 11, 2026.
