Q: May I use the CAD RETEC® Conference Logo when promoting my exhibit?

Yes, you have permission to use the logo solely in the promotion of your exhibit associated with this year’s conference. You will find it attached to the documents supplied by Brian or use the contact below. [wpforms id="7355"]

Q: Electricity – Will electricity be available?

All booths will have 110v available. We recommend that you bring your own power strip.

Q: Can I use a 3rd party to set up my booth?

Yes - they must meet the Hotels requirements such as having insurance etc. Make sure sufficient manpower is on hand to complete the install by 6p.

Q: How do I register my 2 included attendees?

You will receive an email from registration to the email given when your spaces were reserved with voucher codes to name your 2 full conference registrants. Whomever you wish to register for your booth goes through the standard Attendee Registration portal to sign up. These codes are entered into the Coupon field in leu of payment for attendee registration. Any extras, such as golf, should be selected from the menu and paid at checkout. Registrants don’t have to be a SPE member to register but if they are a member and using the same email associated with their account be sure to know the password or you must reset it. If your attendee is not a SPE member, they do not have to join but they must create an account.
