 DIRECTORS AND COUNCILOR  POSITIONS

Instructions:

This is the online ballot for the 2015 CAD Board of Directors elections.  Please refer to the candidates biographies for information about them.  You may vote for a maximum of 9 candidates for the Director positions.  You may vote for 1 candidate for Councilor position. Please record your SPE member number and your name before you submit your vote.  

You must be a current member of SPE to vote.  Your SPE member number can be found on the label of the ballot that was mailed to you.  If you don’t know or can’t find your SPE member number,  you can contact SPE customer relations at +1 203-740-5403 or customerrelations@4spe.org  for assistance.  If you are an inactive SPE member, you may renew your membership at www.4spe.org and then cast your vote.  If you want to join SPE, click here.

If you don’t want to vote online, you may vote by fax or mail.  Simply download the printable, pdf version of this ballot, complete it, and fax or mail it per the instructions on the downloaded version(return ballot only, no biographies).If you wish to write in more than one candidate for the board of directors position, please use the pdf version of the ballot and fax or mail the ballot per the instructions on the printable ballot.
