Will exhibitors get a list of attendees in advance to arrange meetings? – We are introducing an advanced list of attendees this year to all who have registered and it is downloadable.
What are the hours that my virtual exhibit can be open? See schedule on the site for up to date timings but exhibits are technically open all three days. Each sponsor determines when their zoomrooms are open for meetings. Your landing page will be accessible 24/7.
Will I get contact info from everyone who visits my booth? Not from SPE but you should be able to harvest these from your web page or app.
Do all attendees have to be a member of SPE for follow up? No, open to anyone who registers.
As a sponsor am I permitted to use the SPECAD logo in my promotions? Yes you are allowed to use it in relation to promoting your participation in this year’s event. You can grab it off the website or if you have a specific format/resolution needs email us.
Will there be an app that allows messaging to other attendees during the conference? Yes, if both parties are logged in they will receive it immediately
What do I have to provide in the way of links etc if I’m a sponsor? We request you provide a company logo and the url for links. Depending on your sponsorship level, you will be contacted with requirements for other files and links directly.
As a Sponsor am I able to register my attendees for them at one time or do I have to have everyone do it on their own? The preferred method is for each attendee to register individually for maximum benefit. You can forward the code to each of your folks and they can go on the site to enter their details. Each registrant has a unique id and password.
