Biography

Todd started his career in the mid-1990s with Glastic Corp., a subsidiary of Kobe Steel, as project engineer, where he managed key international OEM accounts. In 1998, he joined Premix Inc., the nation’s largest thermoset compounder and custom molder. Todd worked in technical and product development roles at Premix until 2008, when he moved to sales and marketing. Premix became then part of A. Schulman where he worked in the Engineered Composites division.

As market manager, compounding and color for M. Holland, Todd Waddle is exploring new trends within the color and compounding market, and identifying new business opportunities. He works with product managers to highlight emerging technology and introduce new products and services that create value for clients. Todd works closely with account managers to forge new levels of relationships across the U.S. in the polymer and additive manufacturing industry and cultivates a robust network with major industry associations and events.
